    In City Hall Park and the Financial District, go in a 90-minute search of the spirits of the Algonquin Indians, Black slaves, Dutch settlers, Walt Whitman, P. T. Barnum, Captain Kidd, the ghosts of Trinity Churchyard, and the true story of Edgar Allan Poe and Marie Roget.

    You may see the First Jogger, George Washington, who rand like the wind to escape the American Indians when serving as a soldier for the British.

    Meeting Place: Outside Starbucks Restaurant, 38 Park Row, between Spruce and Beekman Streets, opposite City Hall Park in Manhattan. The cross street is Beekman Street. If you look south, you will see J&R Music stores; if you look north, you will a Blimpies and a Starbucks

    Fee: $15 by credit card on line; $20 cash.
