This tour is designed to entertain the entire family, young and old! Who knows who your tour leader will be?--Elizabeth Blackwell, the first woman doctor in America; Nelly Bly, a journalist; O. Henry, a great writer; Ann Blythe, an actress; or Edgar Allan Poe himself!!!
We will go in search of Peter Stuyvesant's ghostly friends such as Peter Stuyvesant, Edgar Allan Poe, Washington Irving, and Harry Houdini ass well as the first jogging ghost, Theodore Roosevelt, in the East Village.
Tours are 90 minutes in duration and less than a mile in length.
Handicap accessibility is limited at two of our stops but these still can simply be viewed.

Edgar Allan Poe and His Ghostly Neighbors of Greenwich Village 9:30 PM
Go in search of the spirits of Eleanor Roosevelt and her pet dog Fala, Aaron Burr, the ghosts of the New York University Library, Washington Square Arch, and, of course, several Edgar Allan Poe sites. We will visit ghost central, the most haunted area in America, Washington Square Park.
Tours are 90 minutes in duration and less than a mile in length.

Meeting Point: This tour departs from Fire Patrol Station No. 2, 84 West Third Street, one block south of Washington Square Park between Thompson and Sullivan Streets, in Manhattan.

There is no better time to look for ghosts than this time of night and in the most haunted parts of New York City where the most haunted happenings over the centuries have been reported.
We will explore the East Village and Greenwich Village in a two-hour search of things that go bump in the middle of the night.
